Torah Aura Productions will only accept returns of unopened/unused materials. All materials purchased by credit card will received a refund issued to that credit card for the full amount less any shipping charges. Returns must be received within a year of purchase and should include the name and address of the person who purchased the items or packing list or something showing proof of purchase from Torah Aura Productions.

Refunds will only be issued to the credit card on record for the purchase.
